2nd Ruff at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge...

Here are a few photos from yesterday's second Ruff that was found on the East Pond at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge in Queens NY.   This one I nicknamed, "Rufous Ruff", because of all the rufous in its plumage. A very different individual than the White-headed Ruff from last Sunday. I am finalizing my post from Sunday's find, so that will be up soon with additional images of the first Ruff.
