Saturday Photo...

This should have been a post about my birding at Van Courtlandt and Alley Pond Park this morning. However, I'll leave that for another day, because I wanted to share this beauty that I photographed at Jamaica Bay this afternoon. Wish, I could make this into a Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, but I'll settle for a sharp enough Pectoral Sandpiper.  How could you not love shorebirds!
