Black-Bellied Whistling Duck still around @ Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge...

It looks like the Black-bellied Whistling Duck that was found on Saturday never left. No one found it on Sunday, but yesterday after spending a few hours studying shorebirds on the East Pond, I decided to check on the West Pond and there it was, right across from bench #7. Below is a composite photo of the duck photographed on the two days that I have seen it.

Hi Andrew - made it down to Jamaica Bay today, but although i missed the duck (likely too early) had a great day birding
